About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Groovy Developer to join our engineering team and help build reliable, scalable, and high‑performance applications. You’ll work with modern frameworks, automation pipelines, and cross‑functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable code that supports our core business systems.
What You'll Do
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Groovy, Java, and related JVM technologies
Build and optimize scripts, services, and automation workflows
Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high‑quality features
Integrate Groovy‑based components with REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems
Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for secure, maintainable development
What We're Looking For
Strong hands‑on experience with Groovy (Grails, Spock, or similar frameworks)
Solid understanding of Java, JVM internals, and object‑oriented programming
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend integrations
Familiarity with Gradle, Maven, or other build tools
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical teams
